First, if you're a hasher, click register in the upper right, and sign in with your full hash name as 'name' and your hash name again as 'user name'. Confirm your e-mail address, then come back and login.

You can click the empty picture box up there to add a picture of yourself (the Flash section is a goldmine of embarrassments). Just make sure the file you're trying to use is less than 100kb.
